Severe lower back pain
I have a lower back pain which started 2 years ago..when I first lifted the some weight...I have been consulting many doctors since & have taken lot of medicine but it only give temporary solution..now I have severe pain on right side of lower back on regular basis but sometimes it becomes  unbearable & pain is also shifted to the right scapula & pelvic region along with the lower back.& It gives the sensational pain that I won't able to stand & sit for long time..& also the affected area becomes hard & swollen .and when there is alot of pain the area becomes numbness on touching & also I could figure the exact location of pain because my whole body started experiencing it from feet to arms to shoulder... I'm seriously in alot of pain right now.

If you are in pain stop doing  exercise it will lead to further injury, instead take physiotherapy treatment who does manual therapy. No machine can cure this from root so better to visit at touch of cure, check the reviews on google.

This is probably a case of PIVD Kindly do X-ray and MRI and then accordingly with medication physical therapy will help .kindly consult me here..

First you need to visit in physiotherapy clinic for the proper assessment and examination. Only then you may get the right path to recovery.
Next Steps
avoid forward bending, avoid heavy weight lifting, avoid prolong posture such as standing and sitting. use LS belt precautionally during activities only (3-4 hours only).

Hi, You are just 25 and coming out with lot of pain and your pain is spreading all over. Its better to get an consultation in person or online. For better understanding since you already know that your pain is not settling with painkillers since its a short term relief and not treating your root cause completely. Physiotherapy with spine rehabilitation will help you to get functional in longer run.

There seems to be a nerve involvement. You need to get certain tests done to rule out this and take the needed physiotherapy sessions along with certain medications. I suggest you consult your nearby ortho once and get the necessary things done. This is not something to be ignored.
