I usually face constipation and gas when I take iron supplements aor iron rich foods loke spinach, beetroot, red meat etc. What kind of iron supplement tablets or capsules should I take to prevent this?

If you r facing issues with constipation make sure that u maintain your water intake and atleast 2 glass buttermilk into your routine.
Also make sure that you take salads both the time before your meal.
For iron you can take gardencress seeds laddu, soaked anjeer.
Constipation is occur only when you take iron rich food and iron supplement .then it is a side effect of iron supplement.
For iron , It's better to use iron utensils and specially knifes.
And if you want to take in form of food then add corainder , cumin pd. In it.
Increase your water intake upto 4lts in a day and have high fibre food like green vegetables and fruits, specially prefer citrus fruits if you face constipation after taking iron supplements or food rich in iron , increase
