Iron deficiency
I've been taking iron tablets, even b12 what not ferritin tablets everything but everytime I bleed heavy my skin becomes pale paleness in skin never goes down I suspect the last mineral connected is copper idk if im lacking copper in body since my hair is thinning badly , neuro issues like I don't remember much things all of these

The reason for the heavy bleeding has to be found out. You will have to do Hormonal test and USG to find out the cause. Definitely low haemoglobin or other vitamin could be the reason.But the source causing them has to be eliminated.

Get urine hemoglobin checked and thyroid profile.Do not take supplements in excess.Get an ultrasound done to know the reason.
