Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Pain down the leg and with it being on the inside of the leg can sometimes be hip related, or nerve related. However it is good to hear that iit is intermittant. An irritated nerve is usually a continuous dull annoying pain. However if your pain is activity related then it is mechanical and not inflammatory in origin. Again the hip could predispose it. So as you see it is hard to diagnose unless a whole history is taken and some tests are performed. More detail is required especially with the a tivities aggrevating the pain
Next Steps
An assessment, given the current circumstances online would do, is required
Health Tips
try to avoid any impact exercises or activities
