Intermittent fasting
Hello..I am 30 years old lady..my weight is 64kgs and height is 5.5.. I was app 68 kgs and lost upto 6 kgs by intermittent fasting,I was 62 but from past two weeks I was not able to follow the diet strictly and gained 2kgs.. My question is does intermittent fasting works if I stops once and continue again..plz suggest..

If u feel intermittent fasting worked for u well , with out any difficulties then nothing wrong in continuing that. Its not about IF or any specific diet u follow. After reaching a point you should b able to maintain the same routine. More over u should enjoy the pattern.
