You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Due to thyroid small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc. For Maintain ur thyroxine level u should not be fasting

In conditions like hypothyroid basal metabolic rate of the body slows down as it should be ...so to avoid it from further deterioration small frequent meals every 3-4 hrs will be good ...besides this there are lot of various factors responsible to lose weight and gain fitness.
