U can continue the same fasting. Avoid sugars,fastfoods,oilyspicy foods.preseeved foods. Intake plenty of greengram sprouts,vegetables,fruits in everymeal. Walk,yoga,exercise atleast for two hrs everyday. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
