Hi You have been having insomnia since six months. It is necessary to know what is causing insomnia. It is also necessary to know what thoughts are in your mind before sleeping. Stress is a common cause of insomnia and if you are stressed about something you can talk about it with a psychologist. The other causes of insomnia are drinking too much caffeine in the evening, having a heavy meal or eating too much before sleeping, and unhealthy sleeping habits. Try to avoid using mobile phone or electronic gadgets before sleeping. The blue light emitted from cell phone interferes with melatonin production. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep- wake cycles. You have been having PCOD since two years. To feel better you will require counseling sessions. In therapy sessions you will learn how to sleep well, feel calm and manage PCOD. Do not worry with counseling sessions you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist

Hi, Lack of sleeping is very difficult. As you mentioned your challenges started from 6 months ago, please search an emotional event or a trauma during that time or even before that. A psychologist/therapist help you to reveal all these thoughts from your subconscious mind and give you treatment step by step. Don't worry, it is curable. But you need to consult as soon as possible as if it's not get cured now, during the time will be more difficult and treatment duration will be longer... Do take care!
