Inside cheek many spot
Sir last three months I show many spots in right cheek inside corner of mouth those colour is yellow white and not increase in size no burning no itching no blooding problem I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking but I can't feel comfortable with this so please check pic and give some suggestions what this

They are harmless. Do not worry.
If they start itching or if they turn reddish then you can contact a specialist.
But you have got stains in your teeth which needs removal. Visit your dentist to get your scaling done.
Maintain your oral hygiene.
Use chlorhexidine mouth wash.
