Hello doctors, I want some information, i checked my Bp and it was 114/67 then i did some 50 jumping jacks and on the spot running and i measured my bp immediately within 10-20 secs it was 125/72 then i measured it 5 min after that it was back to 112/65. Is this fine and normal? Please help amd answer
