I have a uric acid reading of 9 after a blood test a week ago after a v painful gout attack on my toe - I have drastically changed my diet & on Zyloric 300 as prescribed by my doctor - pain has considerably reduced

Hello Gout can be very painful and your daily activity could be curbed very much. Kindly follow a low protein intake avoid red meats, too much of dals and lentils. Drink plenty of fluids to flush out excess build up of uric acid. Do exercise according to your mobility for which personalised care is suggested.
