Hi It's a very serious issue that's your periods are irregular. The cause of irregular periods can be hormonal imbalance or any other medical issue. It's very important to diagnose the reason. But I cannot comment over here without knowing your diet schedule, time schedule and rest medical history. I would recommend to meet a doctor and then any dietician for a personalized diet plan. As making yourself healthy is  combination of diet medicines if required. If you wanna discuss further you can opt for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for consultation and personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
