How do I reduce my belly fat and increase all weight. Whenever I try to gain weight, I get fat from tummy. Please help

For reducing tummy fat apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part so that fat can be removed from particular part. For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Take high calorie food to gain weight but dont forget to do abs exz , you can take high abs exz plus take some massage over tummy and walk daily. In high calorie dont opt for oily or fried food items. Like eggs whole, chicken salads, mutton dry , fish grilled if non veg u take. In veg- brown rice with potato or nutrila u can have. , paneer sandwich or pot or paneer stuffed roti with pulses u can have.

Weight gaining is all about nutrient dense diet and a good exercise regime which would help you to focus on your muscle mass not fat mass.
Next Steps
Stop eating outside processed food like bread, pizza, biscuits, chips , cookies , colas and sweetened drinks . These have empty calories and will not help you gaining weight Instead in future you will face the similar problem of belly fat

1. Eat frequent and small meals . it does not mean you have to eat forcibly , simultaneously keep a check on your appetite. 2. Keep a check on your sleep pattern 3. Include milk and milk products in your diet! You can drink milk before you go to bed. 4. Eat starchy vegetables like potato, sweet potato 5. Don’t skip your meals ! Have a good breakfast 6. Focus on local foods I.e . Include seasonal fruits and vegetables. 7.Include fruit and seeds smoothies in your diet ! It could be breakfast or any snack option. 8.thrice a week try to do muscle strengthens exercises or weight training. 9.Currently don’t go for any protein powder ! Belly is usually the first area we tend to gain fat and the last fat to go. You need ensure you get minimum 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night. Sleep deprivation is a known cause of belly obesity. To increase your weight you should increase your protein intake via milk and its products, lentils, sprouts , poultry &  lean meat.  You have to ensure you gain muscle mass for which increasing protein intake and doing strength training under supervision will help you. You need to ensure you focus on doing abs work out (under strict supervision) to develop your core muscles which in turn will help in burning belly fat.

Strictly stop junk, packed, processed food. They only add to your fat intake and do not provide any nutrient. Follow 6-8 meal pattern. Eat small but frequent meals.

Hi To gain weight you need to follow high calorie high protein diet plan. But I cannot plan your diet here without knowing your details about diet time and medical history. And if you are gaining weight at your belly only while during the weight gain diet, that means you are not moving and having a sedentary lifestyle. If you are on weight gain diet that doesn't mean u have to eat and sit down. If u do that then the fat accumulate on the lower part of the body only, so be moving also during the weight gain diet.
