Immunity drink
Hi, i have a low immunity due to which i get cold and fever easily. Can you please suggest some immunity drink recipie and at wht time should i have and how many times. I don't want ant tablets. Also for prevention against we need a high immune system so pls suggest Thank you.

take your food properly after every 2-3 hours. ginger, garlic, tulsi, tarmeric, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, dry fruits and daily take atleast 4-5 times vegetables or fruit in a day to boost your immunity

But they are lot of other things which are important vitamin and mineral deficiency, whole day diet, exercise, sleep.
