Hi! Immunity depends on various factors like diet , sleep, smoking/alcohol consumption, stress and physical activity. Make sure you drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables to give you vitamins and minerals essential for immunity building. Sleep well, avoid stress and do light exercise at home. ‘ Immunity drink ‘ or foods which improve your immunity can only be advised after a detailed assessment of your health status , to make sure it is suitable. To avoid viral infections, it’s more important to stay indoors and prevent catching any infection.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat more fruits and vegetables. Consult on practo.com for further advice
