ICT Positive
I am a 27 week pregnant, now ICT test done which is resulted in positive. My blood group is B- while my first baby girl blood group is B+. I have taken Anti D after my first delivery on the same day. Now ICT is positive,so please suggest can I take anti D again for safe delivery.

You need to go for RH antibody titers The purpose of this injection is to prevent rh isoimmunization Since the titers are positive This indicates that baby is already ISO immunized So there is no point taking this injection now

No.. you should not take anti d once it is positive. Now you have to monitor titres and if > then will plan USG MCA -PSV values and monitor the baby. Consult online for further details of investigations

You have to undergo ict titer and according to it further management You also need usg with Doppler studies with close follow up

When ICT is positive next step is to do the titres .Need not take the anti D injection.So just consider doing titres aa well.Connect for detailed explanation
