Avoid junk food, fried food
Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk
Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.

Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve
metabolism.
Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of dayâs energy comes from breakfast.
Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon,
sunflower seeds, etc.

For losing weight you need to follow simple and balanced diet for which i need to know your current diet. In the meanwhile you can increase your liquid intake in any form .Just remember it should-be homemade.n aim for 8000-10000 steps each day.
Eat 100 GM's of raw soaked overnight greengram every morning on empty stomach ,can reduce bf qty.
Drink tea of 1 tsf jeera,1 tsf coriander seeds,1 tsf jeera,1/4 tsf methi,grind to coarse powder ,add an inch of ginger ,ground to a glass of water ,boil and reduce to 1/4 glass, decant the liquid ,add jaggery to taste.and drink.
Eat 50 percent of ur food as vegetables,cooked,raw,fruits as papaya,gauva,citrus fruits etc.
Substitute millets for rice.use min.oil,less spice,two tsf ghee everyday.
Exercise / yoga for an hr everyday.
