I am 16 years old and i have 95 kg im 185 cm.i need to get slim in less than a moth to atleast 75 kg

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

U  are younger . Not take fast way to reducing wt. U hv to reduce at least 20kg around. So start reducing wt with exercise and brisk walk . Add Less calories diet. If u set ur goal u will definitely  reach. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid package food, sweets, candy, oily and fried food.

20 kg in one month it is not possible in healthy way. In 3 month can be lose in healthy way. Take frequently diet and avoid outing. Small small meal shold be taken. Take high fibre food and also take high protein food. Exercise should be necessary for fast weight loss

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Hi dear -For loosing 20 kg it will take time for that you need customised diet plan. -atlist 7 to 8 month -for now avoid junk food, maida & maida product sweets pastry, mayonnaise. - do you regular exercise 40 min weekly 5 times. -see i need you histroy then only i can plan because it very important to know your history. - according to your age weight is hight and you have to be very patience to loose weight
