I'm too lean
My age is 21..and I'm too lean. I've also consulted by two nutritionists .. I am now just 43 kgs and this lean problem affect me by my family..and my hand looks so skinny... Is there anyway to increase my hand size and my body size from lean to normal ..

Hi Have milk,  dry fruits and nuts,  banana daily. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Consume more carbs. Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently. For a detailed and customized diet plan, contact me. Regards

Its necessary to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products,egg,fish,etc) complex carbohydrates(oats,brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds,walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
