In general their will be some sensitivity after teeth cleaning which will reduce over a period.
If not do consult the doctor for review and explain the issues.
Don't worry it's just gums problem, your gums might got Receded which exposes inner part of teeth, it will get recovered but if possible please share photo of it, so that i can tell detail treatment
