You may have gastroenteritis, possibly due to contamination or a reaction from mixing ORS in a copper bottle. Stay hydrated with clean ORS or electrolyte solutions and eat light foods like rice, bananas, and curd. Avoid spicy, oily foods, milk, and use probiotics to restore gut health. For severe pain, consult a doctor about Dicyclomine, and avoid anti-diarrheal medicines unless infection is ruled out. Seek medical attention if diarrhea is bloody, fever exceeds 101°F, or you experience severe weakness or dehydration. If symptoms persist, get a stool test and blood tests. Avoid using copper bottles for ORS or acidic liquids.

To help manage stomach pain and diarrhea, follow a bland diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), along with electrolyte-rich drinks like coconut water, clear broths, and plenty of water.
