How to weight loss (post covid)
Dear sir, I am male. 33 years old. My weight is 100kg. No blood pressure. No diabetes. No any underlying condition. I have been infected with sars-2 covid virus on May 23. I have been admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 20/40 on June 1. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7. I took 12 days home rest after discharge. Now all my symptoms went away. But, when I walk upstairs means, I am experiencing fast breath and fast heart beat. This is my current situation. Now, please tell me 1. when can I start weight reduction.? 2. When can I do exercise? 3. When can I start morning walk? 4. What foods I need to consume for weight reduction? 5. When can I vaccinate covishield?

Greetings for the day!! Weight reduction can be started after atleast 6 months. This is to help you recover from the infection and to build your immunity. Walking can be done safely, light walking will be better to avoid breathlessness High protein diet is recommended post covid to help with better recovery. When you avoid junk foods and follow a healthy lifestyle, you will be able to see some weight loss naturally. 90 days after the infection, one can get vaccinated Thank you
