I can only suggest general measures . A specific diet plan needs you to come & get measurements of fat, BMI, BMR etc. Please have small frequent meals . Dinner should be the lightest meal of the day. Increase proteins in the dinner. Do regular brisk walks at least half hour

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Take at least two fruits a day. Take around 500 ml of milk and milk products daily. Keep rice or roti intake to around 150 grams or less. Eat 1 cup of salad with every meal. Increase protein intake by having more dal, beans like chole, rajma, chana etc. Drink 2-3 liters of water a day. Have 30-45 min to physical activity a day.
