How to wait gain naturally
My sister is 33 years old. Height 4'11 feet and weight is 30 kg. She has thyroid. She is taking thyronorm 50 everyday. There are many tests has done but there is no problem. She has gastric problem too, So she can't eat properly. Sometimes she has constipation also. Is there any way to gain weight? Because she is very much under weight.

- Take regular meals - Add  carbohydrates, fats, proteins,in each meal( like in breakfast, lunch, dinner) - Take in between snacks like  dry fruits, bananas, peanuts chikki. -  increased intake of chappti or rice in a day
