How to reverse osteoporosis
These are my knee xray...please tell me what stage is my osteoporosis...? And how to reverse that ? My bones feel weak when i use them...neck pain and wrist pain are common. I had a knee injury back in August...from this xray doctor just told me that i have osteoporosis but of which stage or can i reverse that and if yes how can i...? Please help me

How is your knee pain at present. Looking at the x ray, it seems to be early stage of osteoporosis.
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation, take analgesic tablet for pain relief, start calcium and vitamin d supplement
Health Tips
Start knee strengthening exercises,  avoid sitting down cross leg,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid stair climbing and descending.

This x ray is not sufficient to know about osteoporosis..You need to have x ray of hip and wrists as well..Low mineralisation of your bone matrix leads to osteoporosis.. You should have a diet rich in calcium and vit d 3 alongwith essential minerals like mg , potassium etc.. Alongwith proper diet you should load your bones with daily exercises, only then the calcium will deposit in your bones and osteoporosis can be reversed for your age...
