For healthy weight loss your should change your lifestyle and dietary pattern which will help you in this concern. I need more of your details like weight, your daily eating pattern, your lifestyle before prescribing you anything. Let me know you one single food or diet plan don't fit for all and that's why you need customised diet plans which will be according to your body and needs. And it's not about prescribing any food for weight loss it also concerns about how much portion you eat. Hi Thanks for your query Your BMI levels  are 30 I,e  obesity 2. And your ideal body weight would be  around 45.4 to 50.4. Diet advise would be low fat foods, healthy fat inclusion,  like omega 3 fatty acids in almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, avocados , til oil, olive oil etc..and avoiding bad foods, outside junk and fast foods, sweets, chocolates, confectionaries, refined rice, refined flours, maida , desserts and baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, donuts, pastries,  Many  foods oaining cheese, such as pizza, sausages, hot dogs, bacon, and ribs..Ice cream and other dairy desserts, fried potatoes (French fries) – if fried in a saturated fat or hydrogenated oil like dalda and vanaspati, coconut oil etc..to be completely avoided.. You have to make room for exercises  for morning and evening as both diet and exercises play an important role in reducing weight and tummy both..effectively with consistent efforts from your side..
