I am overweight with 72kgs and a height of 5'6" i want to get a lean body. With drastic change in my food plan. And guidance with exercises. Please help.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals .Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi To reduce weight you need to follow a healthy low calorie balanced diet. It's  not just a weight loss Journey it's life style change which you can follow life long so learn under the expert. As I can't plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule,diet schedule or medical history. _____________________________ For a while u can follow following tips which may help u to some extent :         1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat.
