In a month maximum 2.5 kg weight can be reduced. If you will reduce 6kg in a month too many Side-effects will arises. But 2.5 kg in a month is a easy to shed.

Eat good quality protein . Reduce carbs in your diet . Avoid a few fruits that r high in natural sugar content . Eat small but frequent meals . Do not skip any meal . Finish dinner by 8:30 at night . Exercise daily for 1/2 hr to 45 mins .
