Hi! 3 eggs a day are good to go, depending on work out intensity and current weight. Take 1 whole and 2 whites, preferably in the boiled form. Cholesterol is not of concern -unless you already have medical issues or other habits like smoking and alcohol consumption which can contribute to high cholesterol.
