How does lack of sleep increase weight?
Sometimes I hear sleep as one of the reasons for weight increase. But i dont see much information shared on this. Can anyone explain?

Yes sleep deprivation leads to weight gain.
Studies says that it can hamper your digestion and also affects your metabolism.
If there will not b adequate rest you will feel lazy and Lathergic through out the day.
Hence causes weight gain

There are several studies that shows weight gain due to lack of sleep . Lack of sleep leads to water retention and sometime excess stress to body. Apart from that lack of sleep leads to hypertension, diabetes, depression and obesity
