Is drinking hot water is really helpful to decrease stomach fat / tummy? if yes which is the best time to drink hot water? morning or at night.

Hi Water helps  a lot. Is good with diet n exercise. It wil help u to reduce  but with the proper diet.if you eat lot n wrong n taking water with it it won't really help u.

Hi! Drinking hot water does not directly help you lose your fat. Although drinking warm water in the morning gives your metabolism a push which in some way helps to lose weight. Add some lemon or cinnamon in it so it also helps detoxify your body.

Yes, But only warm water will not help you loose tummy fat With that you need to avoid all junck food Fired food Take balance diet Do some exercise regular Then u will get good result
