High uric acid and t3 levels diet
Hello doctor, wanted your advice for my husband for weightloss and thyroid and uric acid management. his details are as follows. age 31y 11m height 5'6" weight 80kg his T3 level is 1.61 uric acid last measured was 7.2 he is prone to high triglyceride. smoking yes 1-2 cig drinking yes occasionally lifestyle, quite sedentary. leaves for office at 6.30am, with 3hrs travel in office car. comes back home at 9.00pm. weekends off. needed your advice on weight loss, and also, which foods to avoid in uric acid, and elevated t3 levels. needed a diet plan that can be followed regularly. we are non-vegetarian bengali, so fish is a big part of our diet.
