My mother is having high sugar 400+ with Hb 5.7. Last week 2 units of blood was transfused, but result is same very low hb. She is also having chest pain. Echo had dected mild global lv hypokinesia, LV diastolic dysfunction grade 1, Lvef ~ 45%,
