High blood pressure
My age 29 years.. My bp 140/90..does bp tablets reduce my bp..is it only way to reduce bp.. Why I have that much bp at this age.

Salt restricted diet is first and foremost to be followed by u . Reduce foods like pickle and other fried items with high salt content. Regular walking for half an hour per day  s needed . No need to start oral anti hypertensive drugs as of now.
