High blood pressure
Just now I checked my BP I have 131/104. What should I do right now. I am diagnosed with seasonal bronchitis and I took azithromycin on my own due to I'm feeling feverish and shivering. At 7.00 o clock from now. I have some head aches and body pain. I took paracetamol two times. From yesterday night onwards I'm feeling like this. I traveled yesterday night. I took only idly at the afternoon.

Dnt just panic , get rest for 1 day. Relax and calm urself.  If settled till morning not an issue have plenty of warm fluids , might be u r suffering from dehydration too during travelling and u r suffering those issues.  Any yellowish urine or fatigue?? Consult for better opinion will help u

Check your BP morning and evening for the next few days, if it is constantly high you will need to get treatment for high Bp.

Check it again for 3-4 days . Keep a log . If still the same of similar, go to an internal medicine doctor .
