You can apply simple XYLOCAI JELLY 2 % insert in anus, or SHIELD OINTMENT OR PROCOSEDYL OINTMENT locally in anus before deafication and after deafication. Stool softener like cremaffin suspension 3 tsf at night. Sitz bath twice daily, tab ZENFLOX O Z twice daily, Tab Daflon 500 twice daily.

Try to avoid any pain killer ,improve u r personal habit & habitat,take curd,lassi,green salad ,cucumber , increase liquid suppliments and avoid prepration that cause constipation beside these do yoga pranayam excercise
