Piles hemorrhoids problem
I am facing problem of piles since last 1 month. Presently taking pilorute cream 3 times apply & lactulose 15 ml bed time..still feel some discomfort. Pl advise. 1 external & 2 second grade internal piles as said by local Surgeon dr

Start taking high fiber diet. Sitz bath twice a day Daflon tab 3 times a day for 10 days
