Eat iron rich food like spinach, beetroot, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, green peas, almonds, apricot. Increase vitamin c intake like orange, lemon, tomato, papaya. Follow healthy diet which rich with iron, & vitamin  c.

Will surely help you..... Leafy vegetables, jaggery, Roasted Channa, Kiwi, all fruits, they all are good source of iron

Tk eggs, liver, red meat (mutton),Amla, sprouts, whole pulses n legumes,soyabean, green leafy veg, whole wheat atta, rice flakes, jaggery (gud), dry fruits like raisins, dates, fresh fruits like oranges, apple, pomegranate etc. Fruit juices can also b taken.

squeeze lemon in dals during meals as it helps in iron absorption from the food.
