Low hemoglobin and increased platelets
My mother's hemoglobin is low and platelet count is also increased. i want to know about the diet which can make these conditions normal. Also she has a stomach problem and she feels a bloating stomach every time. Pls suggest something that can cure her instead of medicine.

Hi There seems to be underlined cause for such condition. Infection is usually there for high platelets. So please see a doctor and do the needful. For increasing hemoglobin levels you can give bottle guard juice, pomegranate,  black raisins, dates, watermelon, apples etc.

If you have elevated platelets and are worried about the risk of developing blood clots, talk to your doctor also.. and you have stomach pain also.. kindly consult with healthcare provider .. find a proper treatment

Give her 1tsp triphala powder at bedtime and more intake of fruits and vegetables in diet . Atleast 3litres of water per day to be consumed.

Hi For Hb you can add pomegranate, dates, organ meat , strawberries and nuts . Platelets count can be reduced by soya, flaxseed, salmon , black grapes, tomato , complex carbohydrates, ginger and garlic . Increasing water intake helps in suppressing bloating.
