Hemoglobin is 9.4, Diabetic and thyroid
Last month my mom was diagnosed with Diabeties and thyroid + her hemoglobin was 8.5. Yesterday again we went for check up and her Diabeties and thyroid come under control but hemoglobin is still 9.4 and platelets is 2. So could you please suggest what she has to eat and what she needs to avoid in her food.

She has to be on a high protein and iron diet. And reduce tea and coffee as they have iron inhibitors. As she is a diabetic her diet needs to be carefully planned and monitored

All green leafy vegetables spinach specially, beetroot in salad or in vegetables juice, kale, jaggery, dates, soya products, eggs, brocalli, carrots, nuts soaked, peanut butter homemade , rajma , lettuce
