U must have papaya leaf juice or a tablet of it. One big leaf,grind coarsely ,add a glass of water 100 ml ,strain and have the juice in empty stomach. Pop e tablet/ syrup KAPL co.or CARIPIL from microlabs Syrup two tsf twice a day before food. Tablet one three times a day / two tab twice a day before food Also eat papaya,pomogranate,kiwi fruit,. Turmeric,spinach,methi,black currants,drydates also helps.
