You need to include foods rich in iron and Vit k which is found in green leafy vegs, poultry , sea food , lentils , beans etc.

So you are from which state? Bangal? Generally it's very common in bangal . So to increase Platelets you need to include vit. K in your diet. Vit. K is present in Precursor form in  all green leafy vegetables, cabbage, beans, cauliflower, soy, rajma, lobia, cow peas, chhole, kiwi, green tomatoes, green tea or harbal tea.
