Height problem
Hello doctors I have a problem regarding my height. So I am 20 yr old female Height : 5 feet Weight 58 kg My height has stopped growing when I turned 13. I got periods few days ago before turning 13 and since my body went through drastic change. Everyone in my family is taller except me so it is not a genetic. Even my grandparents from both the sides are tall. Mom's height : 5 feet 5 inch Dad's height : 5 feet 11 inch Brother's height : 5 feet 11 inch. Age : 19 Youngest brothers height : 6 feet. Age : 14 So I am the only one who is lacking height I did consult a lot of doctors since a kid but nothing happened. I did even grew a inch or 2 in the span of 8 yrs. So kindly help

At this age its difficult to gain height.However,you can look taller by losing a little weight and building muscle.

You should concentrate on your physical activity especially jogging and aerobic exercises. Medicines may not help much.
