Hello my age is 20 and my weight is 48.3 and height is 5.5 I want to gain my weight and please suggest me some diet, I regularly go to gym but I dont know what to take after gym or before., I only takes 3 eggs regularly after gym and banana is supplements is compulsory to grow our muscles or its grow naturally means our (regular food) or I want to do any extra care for thath?

It's important to have good protein pre and post workout. It's not necessary to.have Proteins supplement you can even manage by normal natural protein.
Have good combination of carbohydrates proteins and fats to manage your weight gain process.

Before workout you take banana and after workout you can take proteins ie egg or boiled sprout chat.I need to take a detailed diet history to make personalized diet plan.
You can also take some home made high protein smoothies after gym.
No the supplement is not compulsory u can also gain weight through natural protein. But that also depends on your daily diet that you are able to fulfil calories and protein, the supplement is required or not. But I will suggest if you will go for supplement then take proper guidance.
