Hi are you on a carb Restricted diet. If so you will have a sweet craving. Coco powder with peanut butter can be taken instead of any sweets. Fruits which are low in carbs , Dry Dates ( Kharik), Apricots , Manuka can be taken. Peanuts with brown sugar or Jaggery can be taken. Consult me for a better diet on Practo online consultation.
