Hormonal imbalance can be the reason. Drinking less water , eating no fruits , no exercise can also be the reason. Whenever you feel sugar cravings eat a fruit like apple pear or papaya in the mrng !! Drink adequate water. Walk for half an hour. Then see the difference.
It happen when we eating too much carbs in our diet , so replace you carbs into complex carbs for example - oats , daliya , bran attta you can use

Sweet cravings happens mainly if you have not been having a balanced diet with adequate proteins in your diet, hence a customized balanced plan can help you to combat this
Kindly get your vitals checked along with vitamin and mineral defeciency tests to rule out deficiencies
Take dense & healthy breakfast, followed by mid morning meal of a fruit, lunch a little lighter, followed by tea/ coffee in the evening with some healthy snacks & dinner in deficit. Following the above pattern will definitely help reduce the cravings.
