Sweet cravings all the time
I am 41yrs 5.3 59 kg weight. I recently get a lot of sugar cravings like chocolate pastry n coffee. How can I control these cravings?I want to get rid of bad habit of eating too much sugar. Thanks in advance

Hormonal imbalance can be the reason. Drinking less water , eating no fruits , no exercise can also be the reason. Whenever you feel sugar cravings eat a fruit like apple pear or papaya in the mrng !! Drink adequate water. Walk for half an hour. Then see the difference.

It happen when we eating too much carbs in our diet , so replace you carbs into complex carbs for example - oats , daliya , bran attta you can use Also for sugar cravings you can drink apple cinnamon green tea it will help to reduce you sugar cravings also you can add munnkas and kismish for your sugar cravings at the time of munching

Take dense & healthy breakfast, followed by mid morning meal of a fruit, lunch a little lighter, followed by tea/ coffee in the evening with some healthy snacks & dinner in deficit.
