Craving for sweet
I love sweets and i often have craving for sweets and sugary snacks... This delays my weight loss efforts. Please suggest ways by which i can overcome my craving for sweets..and how i can eliminate sugary stuff from my diet so that i can avoid excess weight gain and reach ideal weight.
