Headache always
Headache always more in frontal region and top head .i did head ct scan five times in a year but all are normal then why this occur

Could be tension type headache. Please take- 1) One tab. combiflam as when needed after meal. 2) take adequate rest, try power napping 3) Hydrate yourself, minimum 2-3 lit of water a day 4) can apply ice pack over head too 5) de-stress yourself, do yoga, meditation and neck stretching- relaxing exercises. Please consult if the pain aggravates, if you experience any eye pain, nasal discharge/ sneeze, vomiting.
