Head spanning if I try to  sleep
Hi Doctors, Unable to sleep proper few times in one month this happing to me. After recovering from Covide I got this problem. Some body parts moving automatically. when I close my eyes first head is spinning. Later body parts moving. Unable to sleep properly. Going to sleep at 2 to 3 am because of this reason. No problem untill I am working full day. But when I am taking rest some or other body part having numbness or pains and pinnings on body head. Body over heated after vaccination and caused me dizziness. Doctor said not to take chicken egg all protein food. So since 15 days no protein food I am taking. BP, sugar, ecg and lipid profile test is normal What might be the reason. What causes my head spin if I close my eyes if still want to sleep body parts will start moving automatically.
