Greengram whole soaked overnight ,raw can be eaten with pomogranate or lemonjuice and salt.
Papaya,apple,gauva,banana,almonds,figs,walnuts drydates,currants,berries can be eaten.
Buttermilk fresh ,milk ghee,are good.
Dals,lentils,greens,millets,are all nourishing food.
Oats,barley,ragi,jowar,bajra,Samee,arka,kodu all are millets suggested.Either roti or gruel from flour or cook with veg as khichdi,bath can be had.
