Hello Doctors,
I am planning to bring my parents to stay with me so our overall health can be improved. So I need expert advice on what all to include, what to exclude, along with some cheat diets etc. Preparing separate meals for each member is definitely not possible. So I want a diet which everyone can follow without impacting anybody's health.
My father (65.5 yrs) is a heart patient and has diabetes.
My mother (60 yrs) has knee pain (replacement of knees have been advised) and gets a lot of gastric issues every now and then.
And I (36yrs) am over weight, frequent pain in body esp feet
Please suggest who can help with proper consultation on a diet plan for all 3 of us keeping our individual issues in mind.

Hello
Having balanced diet is very easy. You need complex carbs like whole grains, millets like jowar, nachni, pulses, lentils, milk, curds, seeds and nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy fats.
Now the amount required by each person is different according to age, weight, gender, physical activity and health issues.
So cooking separately is not required.
Please consult directly, we will help you.
Thanks
